Yes, and for every kind of them. It's made in Zimbabwe by Dataforge Technologies, supports Paynow for fees, and keeps working offline during load-shedding.
Does it work for ECD, primary, colleges and Cambridge schools?
Yes. Ruzivo runs from ECD and pre-school through primary and secondary to colleges and tertiary. Each school chooses its curriculum, ZIMSEC or Cambridge, and its own grade scale, and the report cards follow.
Does it work without internet or during load-shedding?
Marks save the instant a teacher types them, queue safely on the device if the network or power drops, and sync automatically when the connection returns. Nothing is lost.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $49 a month for small schools up to 300 learners, $129 for schools of 300 to 800, and $259 for larger schools. Groups of schools and ministries get custom pricing, and rural or non-profit schools can ask about subsidised rates.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes, through Paynow. Parents pay from their phone and the invoice updates itself when the payment clears, so there is nothing to email in.
Is our data private and secure?
Every school runs on its own separate database, so no school's records mix with another's. You can host it on your own server or a cloud provider you choose, behind HTTPS, with per-school backups.
Can it run across a group of schools?
Yes. A group, trust or ministry can run many schools from one console with group-wide reporting, while each school keeps its own data. Ask us about the Groups plan.
