Terms of use
The terms for this website. Client work is governed by its own written agreement, which always takes precedence.
These terms cover the use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that project, which always takes precedence over anything here.
About this site
This site is published by Dataforge Technologies, Harare, Zimbabwe. We try to keep it accurate and current. Descriptions of our services and products are a guide to what we do, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract on its own.
Quotations and pricing
We do not publish prices, because the honest answer depends on scope. Any figure discussed on this site or by the assistant is indicative. A binding price is one we have put in writing after a discovery session, and it will say what is included and what is not.
Using the assistant
The assistant answers questions about our work and passes enquiries to our team. It is a helpful starting point, not professional advice, and it can be wrong. For anything that matters, speak to a person. Please do not use it to send us confidential information, credentials or payment details.
What we ask of you
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems
- Do not use the forms or the assistant to send unlawful or abusive content
- Do not use automated tools to overload the site
We are a cybersecurity provider. We monitor, and we will cooperate fully with the authorities where it is warranted.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and product names on this site belong to Dataforge Technologies. You are welcome to quote or link to us with attribution. Copying the site wholesale is not welcome.
Work we build for a client is a different matter entirely: source code, data and documentation belong to the client, as our agreements say.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. That is not a disclaimer of the obligations we take on in a signed agreement, which we stand behind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Practical notes for people who run systems
One email when we have something genuinely useful: a security warning worth acting on, a change in fiscal rules, or a pattern we keep seeing go wrong. No campaigns, and you can leave at any time.

One conversation, no charge, no obligation. If we are not the right people for it, we will tell you who is.
